Although there are no mandatory qualifying factors that will indicate one’s success in our dynamic & very lucrative industry, we find the most successful partners are ones that exhibit the following characteristics:     

  1. Previous business owners
  2. Insurance sales experience
  3. Investment Bankers; Commercial Loan Officers
  4. Financial stability: we have long sales cycles (6-12 months) so you would need a minimum of 8-12 months of cash reserves
  5. Knowledge of accounting or ability to analyze financial statements
  6. Sales or Marketing aptitude
  7. Supportive spouse
  8. Willingness to listen; Creative “thinker”
  9. Being a self-starter and motivated to succeed
